Question bank contains all the examination questions stored for a particular exam. All the type of questions (image based, audio, video, MCQs, fill in the blanks, drag and drop etc..)can be stored and maintained.

1. The institution/organisation has the authority to the either access the questions and use their own question bank portal. The special added feature in using the private question bank here is that all the questions from the particular institution will be made private. Other users (institutions/ organisations) will not be able to view privately owned question banks.
2. In a given circumstance if a particular institution/ organisation recruits an external body to prepare their exam papers and mean while their external verifier verifies each paper, the external body which prepared these exam papers will not be aware which papers were approved by the external verifier. The privilege here is that only the institution will be aware of the questions which were approved by the external verifier and are made available to the candidates for examination.
