Throughout the world the demand for digital education is rapidly increasing and in turn it compels most of the institutions/ organisations to transform their exam setups from the traditional pen and paper to digital online exams. Most leading institutions/organisations worldwide are largely implementing online exams pertaining to all its benefits. Our Test Engine has a vision of providing the same facility to the institution/organisations in Sri Lanka and has launched an online examination panel.



Client Side Operation




01. EdHat International Exam engine: Easy to access


Phase 1: Supervisor login

The institute admin will provide the login details to the particular exam Supervisor

Phase 2: Candidate Login

Details will be provided in their admissions card

Phase 3: Online examination

Multiple choice questions, drag and drop type questions, fill in the blanks and stimulation type questions

Phase 4: Completion

After successful completion the candidate will be able to view the results



02. E-mail notifications


All data and registration related transactions will be communicated to the clients via e-mail notifications and SMS.

03. Social Media


On successful completion of the exam, the candidate gets the opportunity of sharing the victory amongst the family and friends through social media (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)

04. Solution during adverse times


In the occurrence of a power failure while the examination is in progress, the candidate is given the opportunity to prolong the duration of the exam for further 15 minutes with the approval from the system admin.

05. Student Portal


After a successful registration, the candidate will receive the log-in credentials. With the help of the log-in credentials the candidate has access to the following:
  1. Maintain the profile
  2. Request any exam related queries
  3. Track payment history
  4. Online payment
  5. Certificate history

06. Certificate verification


This feature helps to verify the authenticity of the certificate using the registration and certificate number.

07. Student designation card


Each time a candidate successfully completes an exam the candidate receives the designation abbreviation card with the certificate. The candidate has the opportunity to track the abbreviation designations received so far using the portal.

08. Social media sharing using portal


The candidate could also share the successful completion of the exam through the portal if the candidate couldn’t share it immediately after the completion of the exam.
